Adult Learning Facilitator

Location: Significant travel (75–100%) to plasma collection centres nationwide

Engagement: Freelance 6 month contract, starting ASAP, with possible extension

Overview

We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation seeking two experienced Adult Learning Facilitators to support the delivery of high-impact training programmes across the US. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical learning experiences that enable adult learners to build capabilities, retain knowledge, and apply learning effectively in real-world environments.

Requirements

• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning programmes (virtual and in-person)
• Prepare thoroughly for sessions, including reviewing materials, aligning objectives, and managing logistics
• Facilitate group discussions, activities, and experiential learning exercises to maximise engagement
• Adapt delivery style to suit varying learner needs and experience levels
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and ongoing learner support
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and instructional designers to refine learning content
• Track learner progress and evaluate programme effectiveness
• Identify and recommend improvements to training materials and delivery approach
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-engagement learning environment

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in adult learning, training delivery, or facilitation roles
• Background in healthcare, pharma, or regulated environments is advantageous
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 100% across the US)
