As the Managed Access Program Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring patients have access to company products in need. Operating within the Access+ umbrella, you'll drive excellence in operationalizing Managed Access Programs globally. Reporting to the Head of Managed Access Programs, you will collaborate cross-functionally, overseeing program execution, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Execute flawless operational management of Managed Access Programs across company portfolio.
2. Manage ongoing Access+ programs, ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance.
3. Oversee vendors to guarantee contracted services delivery at the program level.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues to track and execute Access+ initiatives.

Education & Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of managed access program experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong operational execution and experience in clinical operations.
• Knowledge of rare diseases is desired.
